From 1 September 2009 is open to the public the establishment of kosher products on sale in the Jewish Community of Malaga. After a complex adjudication process, the summit decided to directly manage the said establishment be sure that the best way to ensure the best service they deserve our community. We hope that the late opening and the extra effort that this decision represents, it is in the best of all possible benefit.

Moreover, this reopening was made to renew the technical facilities and features, how could it be otherwise with the administrative and religious permission to develop the activity.
